Children’s Ministry
Nursery
We offer a nursery during Sunday School and Worship (8:45 am-11:30 am) for infants-Kindergarten. The 3 year olds-Kindergarteners will participate in a Sunday School lesson if they are in the nursery during the Sunday School hour.
Sunday School
We offer Sunday School Classes that are divided by age groups for children 3yr-5th grade. Sunday School is located in our Education Building from 9 am-9:45 am.
Kids in Worship
If you are visiting Eastwood for the first time, please know that kids of all ages are welcome to be a part of worship. They are invited to partake in communion which we believe is open to all people as a symbol of God’s abundant never ending grace that we receive each and every day.
Papers and crayons are available in the Narthex of the sanctuary where you will find a table set up with clipboards, construction paper, and crayons. Listen carefully to the scripture. Imagine it in your head, and draw what you imagine it to be.
Safe Church Policy
All lead volunteers have completed a background check and a 2-hour Sexual Abuse Prevention Awareness Training through the Church Insurance Board.
