Fellowship ministries help develop relationships among people in the ECC family, providing friendships, supportive relationships, and an inter-generational extended family in a world where many people live in isolation. ECC fellowship ministries include: Wednesday evening dinners, luncheons after Sunday worship, youth groups, family nights, occasional softball outings, annual golf tournament, concerts on the lawn, annual Bethany Hills picnic/retreat, monthly newsletter (The Evangel), visitation groups, and other random events.
Eastwood Community Groups
ECGs consist of 8-10 people who meet once a month for food and fellowship, faith formation, discussion, and prayer. Community Groups will be led by people in the group (not ministerial staff)! Groups will meet in homes at different days and times that suit each individual group. Community groups are a key expression of part of our mission statement: building community and part of our vision statement: to be a congregation challenging one another to learn and grow in Christian discipleship. Becoming part of an ECG provides a space to grow as a Disciple and become more connected with people you sit beside on Sunday mornings. Email Christy Jo for more information firstname.lastname@example.org.
Theology on Tap
A monthly gathering of adults of all ages for faith, fellowship, and fun! We meet each month on the first Thursday for a casual, relaxed discussion of faith and life, all while getting to know one another and strengthening our bonds as a community of disciples. Locally made beer and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, along with some light snacks. Come join us, and bring a friend! It is helpful but not required if you can let us know if you are coming– please contact William Aaron to RSVP and to see whose house TOT will be at this week. email@example.com or 615.557.5082.
