Mission
Our mission is to shine our light by:
  • welcoming all people
  • building community
  • serving God and neighbor

"Letting a child's light shine through joyful play, happy days and loving ways"

Philosophy

We seek to create a loving and joyful environment reflective of our East Nashville Community. We believe the early childhood years should be filled with joyful, enriching, creative, musical, and natural experiences. Our goal is to help lay a foundation that will enrich a child's social and emotional well-being.

Two Sessions

We offer two separate sessions during the school year. We have a Monday/Wednesday session and a Tuesday/Thursday session. Parents may choose a preference for which session their child attends, and we will try to honor those requests. Due to state regulations, no one child may attend both sessions.

Age Requirements

Below are the age requirements for 2008-2009. Because we believe in a child centered approach we understand that occasionally there may be a child whose needs could best be served in a classroom other than what is suggested below. We will review any special situations. The proposed classroom makeup is based on our projected enrollment. The best interest of the child is at the heart of our program, and every possible effort will be made to meet the needs of your child.
